This is what you enjoy doing

Working out a complete marketing strategy for a niche B2B market (together with colleagues from other sales offices)

Maintaining and optimizing the website and social media channels to find potential customers/leads.

Using online advertising on different platforms (such as social media), you make our company stand out from the competition and increase the number of website visitors.

You kickstart marketing campaigns, analyse their results and adjust and improve the campaigns.

Coordinating and conducting customer satisfaction surveys and interviews with customers regarding the customer experience of our application and mobile APPs.

You keep up with the latest marketing trends in our sector and update our marketing strategy accordingly.

You get an energy boost from communicating with customers and suppliers (by telephone, e-mail, live chat ...).

Keeping professional information and regulations up to date: drafting files, letters, reports, notes ... and following them up (compiling, summarizing, updating files, etc.). Translating a document or presentation is a nice change of pace to you.

You have the ambition to lead a team and to take on the related personnel administration.

You have the drive and energy to continuously develop new ideas and systems to improve our office.

Map out potential leads and partners on different scales (sector, region, country ...).

Giving great demos of the SHEQ Software cloud application and associated mobile APPs

Preparing and hosting training courses (or webinars).

Account management of existing clients and partner companies.

Participating in networking events to expand our business.

Collaborating with other colleagues to improve our services every day.

Are we a match?​

You preferably have a master degree in a relevant field. Or you may already have previous work experience in a similar position. Effort, motivation and the drive to succeed outweigh experience.

You are stress resistant, flexible, reliable, proactive and a perfectionist. On top of that, you value discretion very highly.

Do you possess a strong dose of common sense, a critical eye, a bright personality and presence, and above all a good drive to perform a varied but administrative job? That would be ideal!

You are fluent in Spanish and English. Every extra language is a huge advantage.

Microsoft Office has no secrets for you, you can handle various applications (One Note, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ...), knowledge of Exact Online is a big advantage.
